The Senior High games for tonight vs. School of the Ozarks have been postponed. We are working on rescheduling a makeup date for these games.

Elementary students attended the NED's Mindset Mission assembly this morning to learn about the importance of the three life skills the program focuses on: Never giving up, Encouraging others, and Doing your best while also enjoying storytelling, magic, humor, and yo-yo tricks!

Friday's games against Alpena have been moved to Thursday, January 11th. All four teams will be playing, beginning at 4:30 p.m. We will be having multiple sponsors cover admission and ALL concession stand items throughout the evening! This will be a great opportunity to come out and support the Lead Hill Tigers and stop by the concession stand for FREE, thanks to our very gracious sponsors! We will also have a silent auction with many baskets to bid on! We look forward to seeing you there - GO TIGERS!! 🐅 🏀

Friday, January 12th will be an early dismissal day. Students will dismiss at 1:00 p.m.

We are so excited to have NED's Mindset Mission visiting our school! NED's Mindset Mission is a character education program that centers around three important messages that have lifelong relevance: Never give up, Encourage others and Do your best. BASKETBALL GAME UPDATES: The game vs. Deer originally scheduled for Friday, January 5th has been moved to Thursday, January 4th. Junior Boys will begin at 4:30 p.m. followed by Senior Girls and Senior Boys. On Monday, January 8th there will only be boys games at Izard County. The Junior Boys will begin at 5:00 p.m. followed by Senior Boys. GO TIGERS! 🏀 🐅

The Sr. Girls and Sr. Boys will be competing in the North Arkansas College 49th Invitational Tournament next week! The Sr. Girls will play Ozark Mountain on Tuesday, December 26th at 7:00 p.m. The Sr. Boys game will follow against Ozark Mountain at 8:20 p.m. GO TIGERS!!

Reminder: Lead Hill School will be closed for Christmas break from Wednesday, December 20th through Tuesday, January 2nd. There will be no school on Wednesday, January 3rd due to a Teacher Inservice. Classes will resume on Thursday, January 4th. Lead Hill School wishes you a very happy holiday season - see you in 2024, Tigers!!

Mrs. Grinder's class dressed in their pajamas today for December Days and made fake snow!

Our 3rd and 4th grade basketball team just finished up their basketball league at the Harrison Youth Center over the weekend. This group did an outstanding job and is very fun to watch!! They finished in 3rd place with a record of 4-2.

Another note from Ms. Curtis: I almost forgot! Book fair items will be available for purchase Monday, December 18. Although there isn't a sale, students, parents, or staff can still purchase last minute items. Thank you again!

Don't forget! Tonight is the Family Fun Night at The Polar Express Book Fair! Family and community members are welcome! We will have hot soup, hot chocolate, cookie and ornament decorating! OH!, and I've heard that Santa will be hanging out here too! 5-7pm at the Lead Hill School Library!

Let's "Jingle All The Way" to a win against Mt. Home Christian Academy tonight! The games will be played in the following order: Senior High Girls, Junior High Boys, and Senior High Boys. GO TIGERS!! 🐯 🏀

Reminder: High school students will be taking semester tests on December 18th-19th. School will dismiss at 2:30 p.m. on both of these days. Elementary students will follow their normal schedule leading up to dismissal.

The High School Choir went caroling at the Boone County Libary today!
