Congratulations to Lauryn Moon for being named Player of the Game in the Bergman Hoopsgiving Classic.

Late yesterday afternoon an alleged threat was reported to District administrators and our School Resource Officer. The student in question was removed from class and campus and will continue to be off campus while we are performing a thorough investigation of the allegation. Following the investigation a determination will be made as to whether this student will be allowed to return. I assure you the safety of all students and staff are of my utmost concern. We have specific protocols in place we follow on a regular basis with special reminders to staff in this kind of circumstance. The District works closely with local and county law enforcement at all times, but particularly when a report of this nature is made. I appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. Lead Hill School invites the community to join us for the annual Harvest Supper! It will be held on Monday, November 21st from 4:00-7:00 p.m. in the Cafeteria. Attention Lead Hill Alumni! Reunion for graduates of years ending in “3” will be held at Homecoming on Friday, December 2, 2022. Reception will be held in Room M104 (Science Room) starting at 5:30 p.m. The Homecoming ceremony will commence after the Jr. Boys game. Alumni will be recognized during halftime of the Sr. Boys game. For graduates of years ending in “3”, call 870-436-5250 to reserve two gate tickets. We look forward to seeing you there!

Congratulations to this year’s Homecoming Court! Homecoming will be held on Friday, December 2, 2022 versus Oark Hornets. The Jr. Boys game will begin at 5:30 p.m. with the Homecoming ceremony immediately following. The Sr. Boys will play after the ceremony concludes. Alumni (graduated years ending in “3”) will be recognized during halftime of the Sr. Boys game. The Sr. Girls game will be the last game of the evening.

The Veterans Day Assembly will be held on Friday, November 11th at 9:30 a.m. in the New Gym. Veterans and their families are invited to attend; lunch will be served for Veterans and their families in the Beastro following the ceremony.

Friday, November 11th is an early dismissal day. Students will dismiss at 1:00 pm.
