Tiger Fans, come out to join us tonight to kick off basketball season! Lead Hill FFA will be hosting their Annual Free Community Barbecue at 5:00 p.m. in the New Gym. The Red & White Games will begin at 5:30 p.m. Admission is $4.00 for adults and $3.00 for students. We'll be hosting our Annual Pie Auction again this year; desserts to be auctioned off need to be dropped off in the New Gym by the coaches office. We hope to see you there! GO TIGERS!!

Lead Hill School District would like to thank Bradley Savage from AGFC for coming out yesterday and teaching our archers how to set up their bows and shoot in the Advanced Archery Program. Students learned how to use releases, adjust their sights, and adjust poundage on the bows. Earlier this year, Lead Hill received a grant from AGFC for 12 new GenX Bows that will be used to compete in the Advanced Archery Program.
Kindergarten read the book "Creepy Carrots" then made their very own carrots!
We're having our Annual Pie Auction this Friday night at the Red & White Games!! All proceeds will be going towards the boy's & girl's basketball teams. If you are planning to bring a dessert to be auctioned off, they need to be dropped off on Friday, October 18th. There will be a table set up in the hallway near the coaches offices. Please use the back lower level entrance near the coaches offices. Thank you for supporting Tiger Basketball!
These students participated in the Special Olympics Bowling Event in Harrison at Oddball Bowling Lanes on Friday, October 11th. Great job, Tigers!
There will be a Flu Shot Clinic for students and staff to receive free flu vaccines on Thursday, October 17th. Boone County Health Department will be providing the immunizations at Lead Hill School. A signed consent form is required to receive the vaccine. Forms can be picked up in the K-12 Office. Please have the consent forms signed and returned by Wednesday, October 16th.
