On Thursday, February 17th, the Lead Hill Alternative Education program was awarded the Highest Achievement Award by the Arkansas Department of Education and the Arkansas Association of Alternative Education. Mrs. Tina Carrington was invited to bring three Alternative Learning Education Program (ALE) students to the Arkansas State Capitol to receive this honor. Bryston Armer, RaeAnn Yancey, and Dillon Honaker were the students chosen to attend this event. The award was based on the growth of the Lead Hill ALE students' ACT Aspire scores from 2021. Our ALE students showed tremendous growth in ELA, math, and science last year! We are extremely proud of these students and this program!
